All products are inspected prior to shipping by our Quality Specialist.

If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return or exchange it within 30 days.  The item must be in its original condition and include all parts, accessories, and packaging. Please email returns@qpetsupplies.com and request for a RMA# and shipping instruction within 7 days of delivery.  Upon the receipt of the RMA#, please ship the merchandise to us and include a copy of the original invoice with your return and write your RMA# on the outside of the shipping package. A 15% re-stocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the return item.  No refund or credit will be given to Returns without a RMA number.

Special note
Certain items are not refundable due to safety standards and government regulations.  We can not accept Used items, Food items, Food supplements, Flea and Tick treatments.  Return item(s) must be in its original package and sellable condition.

Return
Return shipping costs are not refundable, unless the item is being returned as a result of defects, wrong items sent, etc.  We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.  For your protection, save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery.

Refund
Once your return is received and processed, your original credit card will be credited.

Missing, Damaged, Defective or Wrong item sent
You must contact by email within 5 days of the delivery receipt so that our Solution specialist can resolve it immediately.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of merchandise to return an item; request for a RMA number and return instructions inclusive.
