What does "Airline Approved" mean?
While different airlines have different pet policies, the ones they generally have in common are:
1) The carrier must be water resistant
2) The carrier must fit under the stow away under the seat, as the overhead cabin is unsafe for the pet should any shifts happen
3) The carrier must be able to contain the pet at all times
How do I clean my pet carrier, bed, or apparel?
All our beds and apparel are machine washable. Use low suds mild soap, cold wash then low heat or air dry. However, our carriers are to be hand washed only.

What is your Return Policy?

What are the jewelry made of?
We use jewelry grade stones, gems, and pearls to make our jewelry.
Are the leather in the collars real? Are there any alternative materials?
We only use genuine leather to make our collars. We do this because the gentle stretching properties, durability and softness allows for maximum pet comfort. Unfortunately, we do not have any alternative materials for the collars.
How are the pet accessory hair clips made?
All our hair clips are 100% hand crafted. No two clips are completely identical.
