We have a fox terrier, he's 20 lbs, we ordered a medium in this sweater. It fits our friend's french bulldog, 12 lbs...
At best, this Medium is an XS, beware, it runs super small.

I bought this for my Jack Russell. The cut of the top is small. I purchased the medium based on my dog's weight. I gave the top to my neighbor who has a chihuaha. If you npurchase get one size bigger
